12 – Body Integration.
This year, when did you feel the most integrated with your body? Did you have a moment where there wasn’t mind and body, but simply a cohesive YOU, alive and present?

Walking the last 6 or 7 miles of the Yorkshire Three peaks walk (26 miles, 3 mountains) comes to mind. Rather than struggling descending the scree as I usually would, my legs that were previously like dead weights were a bit airless and I just came down. Didn’t need to think, I just coasted, thinking yeah, I’ve done this and my mind wandering to family members who had done it before me. A fantastic feeling.
