Holidays are wonderful, aren’t they? I was chatting with an old family friend the other day about travel, and also thinking of sprucing up this little slice of the interwebs I call my own and I realised there were so many trips I’ve done since this blog that I haven’t blogged about. I’m going to try and do it, mainly for my own reasons.
I don’t intend for this blog to be a travel blog but more a journal/story of my life etc. and I want these trips to feature on it. I might draft the posts and then just bulk publish them. Then you can just mark them all as read, right?
Off the top of my head, the trips I haven’t blogged (that I’ve been on since starting this blog) include Russia (the Moscow and St Petersburg part), Cinque Terre, Valencia & Barcelona, Budapest and maybe some others? I’m not sure.
I’d love to end up with a page linking to my trips, and whilst at my current blogging pace, that’s going to take a while, I think I will work towards it.
That said, after a full month in London and before I get a chance to catch up on these holidays, I’ve “got” to take some more. Not expecting the sudden burst of sunshine that London was blessed with over the last week or so, I’d booked an end of summer beach weekend with mates. I’m off to the Balearic Islands (Spain) this weekend. I’m hoping the salt water kills my tonsillitis (as not much else seems to be helping).
Add that trip to the list I need to recap.
